(+357) 25 221 576 (hereinafter the “Skin Boutique”, “us”, “we”, “our”). Any reference to “you” or “your” means the user of the Website.

By accessing and using our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms described in this Terms and Conditions.

4. ONLINE ORDER PLACEMENT
4.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on our Website. If you are under 18 or the age of majority in your area, you are not permitted to make purchases on our Website.

This Website is not addressed to businesses and is not intended to accommodate sales to wholesale customers unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

4.3. Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, subject to these Terms. All orders are contingent on product availability and confirmation of the order price.

4.4. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used for the purchase, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products.

4.5. We retain the right to alter product quantity and type limitations available for purchase at any time.

 

5. PRODUCT PLACEMENT
5.1. Accuracy of information: We make every effort to accurately display the images, colours, descriptions, and other details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or error-free nature of the information presented. Also, due to variations in monitors and screen settings, the colours you see may differ from the actual product. We inform you that there may be some slight variations in product description between the products sold in our physical stores and our Website.

5.2. Pricing: Skin Boutique makes every effort to ensure that the prices listed on the Website are accurate; however, as errors may occur we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even if payment has already been requested or received. If a pricing error is discovered for a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and any amounts paid will be fully reimbursed. Skin Boutique is not obligated to provide any product at an incorrect lower price, even if a shipping confirmation has been sent, if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably be recognized as such.

5.3. VAT. All prices of displayed products on the Website are inclusive of VAT, as in force in Cyprus from time to time.

5.4. Stock availability of products: Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or issue a refund.

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATION
6.1. Before Shipment. You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at skinboutiquelimassol@gmail.com . We will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6.2. Order Validation and Confirmation. After placing your order, it is subject to further validation checks that we may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email serves as our acceptance of your order. If your order fails these checks, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and you will be notified accordingly. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6.3. After Shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you no longer want the product, you may return it according to our Returns and Refunds clause below, after it has been delivered.

 

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1. Eligibility for Returns. You may return products within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the items are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. All returns are inspected upon return.
7.2. Condition of products. The following conditions must be met in order for the products to be eligible for a return:
7.2.1. Items must be returned in original packaging (box, inserts, accessories, leaflets, etc.).
7.2.2. If the seal of the product is broken or the product has been used, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety concerns.
7.2.3. Any product that has been specially formulated or customized for the buyer is not non-returnable.
7.2.4. Items bought during special promotions or sales are often final sale and not eligible for return.
7.2.5. Damaged items must be returned as received, without attempts at repair or alteration.

7.3. Return Process. To initiate a return, please contact us at skinboutiquelimassol@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Once the item is received and inspected by us (usually within 3 days of collection), we will issue you with a refund for the value of the item purchased provided the item(s) is/are in their original condition or a store credit.

7.4. We are unable to refund the original shipping cost and additionally we will be required to subtract the cost of shipping for the return from the amount to be refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect. The amount to be refunded is the cost of purchase at the time of purchase of the product.

7.5. Refund Process. Refunds for approved returns or cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date the cancellation or return is confirmed. The exact time for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and the processing times of the customer’s bank or payment provider.

 

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and any additional store holidays as announced from time to time). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY RATES & DELIVERY:

We offer a €2.99 flat-rate standard delivery on all domestic orders within Cyprus.

DELIVERY TIMELINE:

We offer standard delivery through trusted carriers.
Once parcel is with the courier, orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, depending on your location.

ORDER ISSUES & SUPPORT:

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have left our facility. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at www.skinboutiquelimassol@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES:

Unless otherwise stated, products will be delivered only to the address provided by the customer in Cyprus. Skin Boutique does not accept delivery addresses outside of Cyprus.

8.1. In-Store Pick-Up. Skin Boutique provides customers the option to collect online purchases at its Boutique store located at Archiepiskopou Makariou III avenue, 217a, Maximos Plaza, Limassol, 3105, Cyprus. To use this option, customers must choose “In-Store Pick-Up” at checkout.
8.1.1. Customers will receive an email notification once the order is ready for collection.
8.1.2. Customers must bring the pick-up confirmation email and a valid form of identification.
8.1.3. Orders must be collected in person or by a delegated individual who must present a signed written authorization from the purchaser and a copy of the purchaser’s ID.
8.1.4. Boutique staff may decline handover if collection procedures are not followed.
8.1.5. Items collected in store are subject to the same return and exchange terms.

 

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
When using the Website, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

9.1. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Website.
9.2. Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive behaviour, including but not limited to impersonating another user, providing false information, or attempting to use invalid payment methods.

9.6. Harassment: Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any Sync Beauty employees or agents.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your account, cancellation of orders, or legal action, as deemed necessary by Skin Boutique.

 

10. GIFT VOUCHERS CARDS
Any gift vouchers cards issued by Skin Boutique are subject to the following conditions:

10.1. They are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
10.2. They may have an expiration date or specific terms of use as indicated at the time of purchase.
10.3. You agree that we may deactivate, cancel, or suspend any gift voucher if we suspect fraud, illegal activity, or misuse.
10.4. Your continued use of a gift voucher signifies your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

 

11. PAYMENT TERMS.
11.1. Skin Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or debit cards. Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, Skin Boutique collaborates with JCC Payments Systems Ltd. JCC Payments Systems Ltd set the industry standard in data protection and fraud risk management. JCC Payments Systems Ltd is certified in accordance with the IQNET and European Commission compliance standards. All JCC Payments Systems Ltd services are made through secure connections with ISO 27001 certificates, Qualified certificate for electronic signature and for electronic seal. JCC Payments Systems Ltd also supports the ability to use the EMV 3D Secure service, an additional security token for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB και Union Pay.

11.2. If your credit or debit card is declined your order cannot be processed and an automatic message on your screen will appear to that effect.

 

12. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:
